‘Frozen 2’: The wait is finally over. Here we are with all the details you need about the sequel. Do check it out.

American animated fantasy film Frozen 2, which was produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and was a sequel to the 2013 film Frozen, is going to come out as a DVD very soon.

The film, directed by Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, premiered on 7 November 2019 and was released in the United States on 22 November 2019.

It was produced by Peter del Vecho.

The story of the movie revolves around Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff, and Sven, going beyond their kingdom, Arendelle, after a mysterious voice calls out to Elsa. They seek to save their kingdom from complete disruption and also find the origins of Elsa’s superpowers.

The movie features voiceovers by Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad, Jonathan Groff, and Ciarán Hinds, Sterling K. Brown, Evan Rachel Wood, Alfred Molina, Martha Plimpton, Jason Ritter, Rachel Matthews, and Jeremy Sisto.

The movie was a huge success like its predecessor. It was praised especially for its writing, visuals, score, music and vocal performances.

It grossed $1.439 billion worldwide, which is the highest all-time worldwide opening for an animated film and became the second-highest-grossing animated film of all time and the third highest-grossing film of 2019, along with 10th highest-grossing film of all time.

The movie was especially popular among the kids, who were long awaiting its release. The movie also had a new and engaging storyline.  The music of the movie was what differentiates the movie and its predecessor from other movies.

The powerful vocals of Idina Menzel in the movie like on the song “Let It Go”, which was a part of the first part of the movie, still continue to catch attention.

After the release of the movie, Disney brought Frozen merchandise to the market too, which is immensely popular.

When is the release date for the DVD of Frozen 2?

The DVD for Frozen 2 is expected to release on 25 February 2020.
