My Hero Academia Season 5: Will Fumikage be able to fly by acquiring the angel that is fallen?

Japanese shonen manga series ‘My Hero Academia’ is illustrated by Kohei Horikoshi, has been released in Weekly Shonen Jump since July 7, 2014. The first season of this series was aired in Japan between April 3 and June 26, 2016, consisting of 13 episodes. A second season was released on April 1, 2017, followed by the third season from April 7 to September 29, 2018, then the fourth season from October 12 to April 4, 2020. Following the last three seasons has 25 episodes each. The fifth season is yet to come.

Release date of season 5    

The way the season 4 ended, it indicates another season will be aired. It has been announced that season 5 is confirmed. Considering the current scenario due to the coronavirus outbreak, season 5 can be postponed but not cancelled. Although there’s no official confirmation when it will be aired, we could expect its premiere anytime in 2021.

The plot of season 5

The story is about a boy named Izuku Midoriya, who was born without superpowers in a world where it’s unsuitable for a human. The superpowers are called Quirks. The protagonist, Izuku is scouted by the greatest hero of Japan who shares his quirk with Izuku after learning his potential. He helps Izuku to enrol him in U.A High school for heroes in training.

In season 5, we will see Deku will gain the black chip. Fumikage will be able to fly by acquiring the angel that is fallen.

The cast of My Hero Academia 5

The cast will remain unchanged. Hence voice behind Izuku Modoriya will be by Daiki Yamashita and Justin Briner. Katsuki Bakugo by Yuichiro Umehara, Ochaco by Ayane Sakura and Luci Christan, Tenya Lida by Kaito Ishikawa and Michael Tatum, All For One by Akio Otsuka and John Swasey.

The series got a license to release it with English dubbing. An animated film “My Hero Academia: Two Heros” was released in 2018 and second part of the film titled “My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising” was released in 2019.
