American television crime drama “Better Call Saul” is a prequel and spin-off of “Breaking Bad,” which is created by Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould. The series premiered on AMC on February 8, 2015. Five seasons have been released so far. We can expect one more season, but it will be the last and final season of the “Better Call Saul.”
Season six has started filming in February this year, but the production may be delayed due to the Pandemic. We expect that the final season will air in mid or late 2021.
Old cast such as Bob Odenkirk, Rhea Seehorn, and Jonathan Banks will be back in this season. Bob Odenkirk will return as Jimmy McGill/ Saul Goodman/ Gene Takavic. Rhea Seehorn will play Kim Wexler’s character. Jonathan Banks will be seen as Mike Ehrmantraut. Giancarlo Esposito will be featured as Gus Fring. Patrick Fabian will play Howard Hamlin’s character. Michael Mando and Tony Dalton will be on screen as Nacho Viagra and Lalo Salamanca, respectively.
In season 5, we’ve seen quite a few numbers of cameos from Breaking Bad. It includes Dean Norris and late Robert Forster. In season 6, a bunch of new characters could be introduced as well.
In season five, we’ve seen Kim Wexler walking away from her job with Schweikart & Cokely to become a pro bono lawyer. Some of us believe that this show is not about Jimmy’s transformation into Saul Goodman, but it highlights Kim’s journey into darkness. Season six may focus on Jimmy trying to figure out Jeff’s real identity. After visiting Kim in jail, Jimmy may make a decision to go to the police and confess his involvement in the cartel and Howard scam. The character of Jimmy may come to an end with his confession and facing justice.
The final season of “Better Call Saul” may run thirteen episodes instead of ten. We will get a total of 63 episodes by the end of this series.
This show follows the story of a swindle turned small-time lawyer. This show is a series of events six years before Breaking Bad and showing Jimmy’s transformation into Saul Goodman. After McGill becomes the lawyer for former police officer Mike Ehrmantraut, he enters the criminal underworld for drug trafficking in Albuquerque.
