Popular American political drama series, the Designated survivor has lately been in many controversies about the release of its fourth season. The series revolves around a member of President Cabinet, who all of a sudden gets a much higher post and deals with a prime attack later. The show has three seasons and a total of 53 episodes so far!
Recently there was buzz that Netflix did not renew the series with season four. But we have great news for all the fans, the season will come back with a bang, and we are thrilled about it!
There are no official announcements on the release dates as all the post-production, production work got delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak, which has made us all test our patience. But for those who haven’t watched the show yet, it got aired in 2016 and the last season final episode was up on 7 June 2019.
With pretty much the same cast as in the previous seasons, the show will be back with them. The cast includes Kiefer Sutherland playing as Thomas Kirkman, Maggie Q as Hannah Wells, Natacha McElhone as Alex Kirkman’s, Italia Ricci starring as Emily Rhodes, LaMonica Garrett as Mike Ritter.
Thoman Kirkman who is playing the role of Tom who is known as the designated survivor, the person who becomes the president of the USA, the previous season showed the tragedies he had been facing as the president and what steps he took in the situations. The story might just continue from where it left in the last season. But you’ll get answers to quite some questions that you have in mind. The season is being delayed because of the pandemic situation we are all stuck in but let’s not lose hope and wait for the return of the most desired show.
