Virgin River Season 2: Release Date

Netflix renewed Virgin River Season 2 within weeks of the premiere of the first season in December 2019. And nothing can be better than getting a second season of a series you like within a year of the release of the first season. Virgin River Season 2 will stream it’s all ten episodes on 27 November 2020 on Netflix. We have already got a trailer of the upcoming instalment, and if you want to watch it, then scroll down.

Virgin River Season 2: Plot

After the heartbreaking ending of the tenth episode of season 1 where a crying Mel is packing up to leave the city of Virgin River, stressed fans about Mel’s relationship with Jack. The teaser explained a lot of things about the plot of the second season like, Meth and Jack will stay as one no matter what. So whether it is Charmaine’s pregnancy or Mel’s knotted past, it will not hinder Jack and Mel’s future together. If you have watched the trailer, then I would be happy to know what you found the best in it. In my opinion, the best part was when Jack tells Mel that no matter if Charmaine is the mother of his child and wants to be with him because he doesn’t like it and he doesn’t love her. There will be some additional storylines including Joey, Preacher and other characters also.

Virgin River Season 2: Storyline

The story is quite warm and touching in some ways. Melinda Monroe, aka Mel, a widow and a nurse, moves to a small city of Virgin River in California to find some peace. Her new boss Doc. Mullen is not all pleased to see her but still allows her a month of probation. Mel meets Jack Sheridan, who owns a bar in the city and they become acquaintances. The story moves on with them falling for each other, but due to some internal and external conflicts, they get apart. Mel learns that Charmaine is pregnant with Jack’s baby and she doesn’t take it well. She is all set to return to the place she came from in the first place.

Apart from the simple storyline, the series is a complete justification for the novels. The viewers can never get tired while praising the cast and their acting skills, which brings the characters alive. Now to those who still haven’t watched the first season, take this chance to watch it and gladly you need to wait for a few days for the second season. Meanwhile, Emily is Paris Season 2 will grab your attention.
