Description

I am sure that you know what marijuana is or weed. Have you ever heard the word cannabis? When spookiness joins hands with comedy and drama, series like Disjointed come into view. Chuck Lorre and David Javerbaum made Disjointed as a Netflix original which aired in 2017 and the second season in 2018. Some may also look into it as two parts of the same season having 20 episodes in total. Due to severe criticism and low ratings on websites like Rotten Tomatoes, Metacritic and IMDb, Disjointed got annulled. I will make it clear to all of you that why it happened.

Disjointed Season 3: Release Date

Netflix pulled the plug out for Disjointed. Well, see the irony “Disjointed is unplugged”. Okay, okay, I know that I am not good at making jokes, and this one was lame. Fans are already heartbroken after the news of cancellation for Disjointed Season 3, and my humour is not helping it at all. The OTT platform aired the announcement on 14 February 2018.

Disjointed Season 3: Reason for Cancellation

Talking about why Netflix cancelled the multi-camera series, it looks like the heavy criticism is the cause. Disjointed was said to be stuffy as it handled a lot of different things at the same time. From weeds and jokes to language and sex, everything is in the show. But all that the critics saw was the smoke, translation: they felt that watching Disjointed gives you nothing. Along with criticism comes the ratings of a show and in this case, they were all bad. Well, they went very hard on Disjointed resulting in the cancellation.

Disjointed Season 3: Cast

Despite being cancelled, if you want to watch the series, but you are hesitant then maybe the cast can lure you into watching.

  • Kathy Bates turns out as Ruth Whitefeather Feldman
  • Elizabeth Alderfer in the role of Olivia
  • Tone Bell in the role of Carter
  • Elizabeth Ho in the role of Jenny
  • Aaron Moten played Travis Feldman

Disjointed Season 3: Storyline

The storyline seems very fresh, where Ruth Feldman starts a new business of marijuana dispenser. Her work does not start smoothly but then which of the company runs smoothly in one go. Ruth finds herself surrounded with more troubles when she had just managed to come out of one. But by the end of season 1, Ruth is relatively stable. In the second season, we see romance and a lot of weed, of course. Ruth still goes through some difficult phase when the story concludes. We all have a lot of impending questions, but sadly we will not get any answers for them.

When we all get over all the bongs and joints, then I have a good suggestion for us to enjoy. Tiny Pretty Things Season 1 is very likely to happen soon on Netflix. While we say our goodbyes to Disjointed, we can open our arms for the ballet drama. Until we meet again, stay safe and stay connected with Next Alerts to read what you like.
