“The Hunger Games” movie is based on the novel of the same name by Suzzane Collins. The Hunger Games Series was produced by Nina Jacobson and Jon Kilik.

The development for The Hunger Game began in early March 2009 after getting the rights a few weeks earlier. The principal photography began in mid of 2011, and the filming for the movie took place in North Carolina.

Released on March 21, 2012 this movie was a super hit with the box office collection of around 694 US million Dollar. The budget of the movie was 78 US million Dollar. The cast of this movie include Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne and many more.

Previously the role of Katniss was planned to be played by Hailey Steinfeld. But later on she was replaced by Jennifer Lawrence. When Hailey was asked about why she was dropped she replied” Don’t bring that up!” This was the very first answer from her side when she was asked about this question. When she was asked that did she ever looked back she replied by saying that ” And think what my life would have been like? No! Not at all!”

She said that she believes that everything happens for a reason. She also said” There are so many parts that I wanted or didn’t get… But I think, weirdly, it’s the same feeling of having missed every high school ance and prom, and yet I somehow found my way to the Met Gala. I feel like I’ve made up for it.”

It is very fair to note that although she was disappointed at various point in her life but the belief she had for herself is the reason of her successfull carrer on this current point of time. She has been amazing with her acting and singing career till this current moment of time.
