Euphoria is a teen drama, connecting to Israeli series of Ron Leshem. This series brought out from A24 and different production companies. Sam Levinson is the creator and writer of this series, and Labrinth, Gustave, is the composer of the songs.
 In summer  2019, HBO released its latest original series, EUPHORIA, of eight episodes to the audience. This series became a popular hit amongst teenagers. Rue, Jules, and their peers went through a lot in their life in a short period. The viewers just couldn’t get enough of the content from the story and hence, want a new season. Here’s everything that we know about season 2 of Euphoria.


“Euphoria Season 2”: Release Date

The first season aired in the summer of last year, but due to the current pandemic situation, we can’t expect another season in this 2020 summer. However, HBO won’t leave us fans hanging dry it will renew for a second season. While the series is delaying for next in up-gradation, HBO announces that the cast was back together, and the plan for season 2 is on the current target on social media. If the filming and production do start this year, then we expect the early 2021 release of “Euphoria Season 2”.

As far as concerning the cast, we yet not receive a word from the makers of the series. However, its more important; the fact is that drama owes the majority of its viewers following to the star-cast, and also, we can expect our favorite characters to be back for a season 2. Assuming it, we are hopeful that Season 2 brings back.

Zendaya acts as the character recovering from drug addict Rue Jules. Angus Cloud plays the role of a drug dealer as Fez O’Neill, Jacob Elordi as the character high school athlete Nate Jacobs. Maude Apatow as Rue’s friend Lexi Howard, Eric Dane as the character Nate’s father Cal Jacobs, Alexa Demie, acts as Maddy Perez, Hunter Chafer as a transgender girl Jules, etc. And we can see some more fascinating new characters recure in season 2.

“Euphoria Season 2”: Plot

Season 1 has a bitter ending. Maddy ends their relationship with Nate; finally, Jules ran away to the city, Kat and Ethan finally cast away their differences. But as the high from the season 1 ending settle, with an open of flood questions. We hope Season 2 will be able to resolve open ending conflicts of the previous season.


However, we expect the series to explore Rue’s struggle with addiction again and going back to her addict life. What will happen to her? Rue has a video of Cal. Will she expose it?. Will Nate able to recover from his stress life?. The relationship between Rue and Jules might take some decisive turns as they plan to run away, but Rue stays back. What will happen to their story? Will be the answer in season 2. We just need to sit tight and wait to be on screen.

“Euphoria Season 2”: Storyline

Rue Bennett (Zendaya) narrates each episode from the perspective of different characters in the series. Rue takes pills of drugs due to her death of the father, but she gets to deep swim in the world of addiction, which makes it difficult for her to return to her true self. Even more, she traps into a bigger problem in her life. It tells the story of Rue peer’s life of relationship, family, love, hate, trauma, drug, stress, etc., in their teenage life.

“Euphoria Season 2”: Comments and Reviews

The audience and critics praise for its story the performance of the cast, Cinematography, etc. And like from a lot of fans for its sequence of the series and the direction.

The show won People’s Choice Award for the Drama TV Star of the Year, Saturn award for Best Actress in drama and nominated in BAFTA Awards, Black Reel Awards, GLAAD Media Awards, etc. in different categories.
