Each season covers the events of two books at a time.
Our main principle figure is Uhtred, son of Uhtred, a Saxon boy who’s brought up by Danes, who is the North Germanic tribe that is seen to inhibit southern Scandinavia after they capture him and decide to raise him as their own kind.
Is There Going To Be any New Characters In The Show?
The story, however, is seen to takes an unforeseen turn when Uhtred later betrayed, and the Danes come to believe that he has killed his own father who adopted him, the Danish warlord Ragnar, the Elder. Uhtred is forced to travel to Wessex, an Anglo-Saxon kingdom in the south of Great Britain under the unwanted circumstances.
As of now, there is no trailer released. However, it is expected to arrive anytime soon at the beginning of 2020.
