Many fantasy anime viewers watched Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest when it premiered last summer. The anime is adapted from a Japanese Light novel series by Ryo Shirakome.

The show aired with 13 episodes. Later in December and February, two OVAs (Original Video Animations) were released. Now the fans are wondering about Season 2.

Release Date of Season 2

The release date of Season 2 is not yet announced. However, it is expected to release in July 2020.

Fans are overjoyed as Season 2 has been confirmed. We all are waiting for the release date announcement. But due to the coronavirus situation, it might get delayed.

The plot of Season 2

The story revolves around a 17-years-old otaku Hajime Nagumo who was living a rich life. But a disaster struck, and his world turned upside down.

Honestly, I find the story really interesting. All his dreams about adventures and drama become a reality. When your dreams come true, it is a bed of roses. But when nightmares come true, it is definitely a disaster.

Hajime and his classmates are transferred to a fantasy world with a mission to save humanity. While all his friends have impressive magical powers, he lacks any such premium power.

During the first season, he struggles and practices his powers to become an above-average performer. Learning anything takes time, so his journey is not short.

We expect a lot of twists in season 2. Hopefully, the real adventure will unfold in season 2 soon.

However, nothing is confirmed about the plot of season 2.

The cast of Season 2

  • Hajime Nagumo,
  • Yue shea haulia,
  • Tio klarus,
  • kaori shirasaki,
  • Shizuku yaegashi,
  • Koki amanogawa,
  • Aiko hatayama,
  • Daisuke haiyama, along with half- mermaid myue.

With previous characters of season 1 coming back, we think the writers may make new additions in season 2.

As no further announcement has been made, we think the fans might have to wait a little longer.
